Sales Manager ( Corporate ) ရာထူးလစ်လပ်နေပါသည်။ -Attractive Salary -Meal Allowance/ Sales Incentive / Telecommunications Allowance Job Description - Create car rental/Fleet Sales strategy, plan & execute based on recommended fleet channels per Business Plan. - Report, Manage & Supervise car rental/ Fleet Sales strategy to achieve targets. - Co-ordinate After Sales solutions as and when needed. - Plan events to support company brand awareness. - Responsible for achieving car rental/fleet revenue and targets per Business Plan. - Set plan for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline. - Pro-active Lead Management to maintain healthy relations between all stakeholders. - Responsible for creating rental agreements, managing online bookings, organizing daily reservations, vehicle allocations, etc. - Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc). - To achieve assigned sales target & KPIs as per set objective. - Ensuring efficient Sales Forecast & Reservation management. - To retain existing customer by follow-up on regular basis & acquire new prospects and convert to loyal customer. - Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers - Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the superior on a daily basis. - Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the targeted vehicles. - Provide customers with a list of available services and offer promotions when necessary - Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs - Oversee the booking and reservation of vehicles to ensure availability and proper arrangement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Complete all assign tasks accurately & on a timely basis. - Comply with all company & departmental rules/ regulations relating to the registration, insuring & payment of vehicles by customers. - The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing needs of the Company.
