Yes, ASEAN driver licenses are valid to drive in Myanmar.
Yes, but please check with us for valid countries that are allowed to drive in Myanmar with International Driving Permit.
No, we do not allow users with expired driver licenses to drive our cars. If your driver license is expired and drive our cars, you are fully responsible for traffic rules and regulations. Your insurance coverage will also be voided.
Proof of address is the actual address that you reside. Proof of address must be Household Registration.

On our website, the minimum rental period is 1 Hour (60 minutes) and the maximum rental period is 30 days.
We charge a cancellation fee of MMK 10,000 per reservation. You can pay the cancellation fee with your MPU Debit/Credit Card, Mobile Banking / iBanking and all major mobile pays and wallets. We recommend that you update your reservation instead of cancelling if you change your plan.
You can update your upcoming reservations before 2 Hour (120 minutes) of your reservation time.
The estimated rental cost is the rental charges calculated based on the booking types, the date and time you chose during reservation process. Your actual invoice will be varied depending on the time you return the car to us.

No, smoking is not allowed in The Experience vehicles. If we have found that you have smoked in our rented vehicle, a fine of 50,000 Kyats will be charged to your account.
No, Pets are not allowed in The Experience vehicles
No, you cannot remove our branding logos and stickers. If you do, a fine of 20,000 Kyats to 40,000 Kyats will be charged to your account depending on what you have removed.
We will assess the damage and an extra cleaning service will be charged to your account.

Pre-authorization is when we pre-authorized the deposit and the estimated rental cost on your Credit Card 4 minutes before your reservation start time. If this pre-authorization is not successful, your reservation is automatically cancelled.
Deposit of MMK 400,000 is required for individual members to reserve a car.

Actual rental cost is the charges calculated based on your actual return of the rented vehicle at the rental hub.
400,000 MMK will be collected for self-drive car rental as a safety deposit. The deposit will be returned only after 14 working days have passed since the car was returned. If you rent a car again within 14 days, no additional deposit is required. If there are any damages during the return of the vehicle, the renter must immediately pay the cost of damages
accordingly. Furthermore, the security deposit will be returned in on lump sum after (14) days as aforementioned.

The followings are not covered in our insurance policy.
– No cover is provided for the theft of personal belongings from the Car, nor is any personal accident cover provided to the driver. Account Holders are liable to pay the full cost of the damage in case of the followings:
– Damage or Third-Party Loss caused or contributed to by any driver that leaves the scene of the accident prior to the attendance of the police or reporting the accident to the police;
– the full cost of replacing or repairing any accessories supplied by us including, but not limited to child restraints, GPS units, and keys;
– Damage caused by the use of the incorrect fuel type;
– The accident is caused by breaching the traffic rule(s) by the driver and/or the Account Holder/Member.
– The accident is caused by an unauthorize driver(s) or Driver/Account Holder/Member without a valid driving license.
– The negligence of the driver caused the accident.
– Underbody damages or overhead (roof) damages will not be covered by the damage cover policy.
– Hit-and-run by either the driver/account holder/member or a third party.
– The accident is caused due to over speeding by the Driver/Account Holder/member.
– Unreported accident to “The Experience Operation Team” immediately after the cause of the accident.
– Irreparable Tire Damage
Replacement is a substitute vehicle we provide when you have an accident during your rental period. However, we reserve the right not to provide you with a replacement car in some circumstances. For more information, call our hotline.

Before you start driving, we recommend that you check your rental car both exterior and interior. If you see any damages, let us know immediately. Every car is checked, cleaned, disinfected and prepared for ready-for-rent.
From road signs, seat belt to speed limit, there are traffic rules in place. Learning and applying traffic rules will help you and other drivers on the road to get to your destination in safety. Plus, insurance coverage is voided if you do not obey the traffic rules.
All vehicles in our fleet are subjected to strict periodic maintenance recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. We also maintain the health of tires on our cars based on the KM usage. If you are renting especially for monthly rentals, we recommend that you keep the car in good shape and you can reach us anytime at our 24/7 hotline for any concerns that you might have. Don’t forget – we offer replacement cars during your rental period.
Always. And make sure your passengers wear theirs, too. This is not just one of the traffic rules but for your safety too.
Keep your eyes on the road. No texting, no calling, no eating, no channel surfing on the radio or turning around to talk to the passengers in the back. A split second is all it takes and paying attention will save you and other drivers on the road.
Majority of rear-end accidents in the world is caused by following too closely to the car in the front. So, don’t tailgate and maintain a safe distance between your vehicle and others. If you rear-end the car in the front just because they slam the brake, it means a potential lawsuit from the other driver and your insurance is also voided.
In case of accidents, breakdowns, or other emergencies, call us immediate at our operation team (Head of Operation – 09265087515, Operation Supervisor -09977433147, Operation Assistants – 09423751333 / 09770224497). The steps you have to follow in case of these accidents are also in the Starter Pack of your rental vehicle. Familiarize these and prepare yourself for the journey.
Rain and wind can make driving more difficult and dangerous. If it’s raining, be sure to turn your headlights on, slow down and maintain a good distance with other cars on the road. Wet roads are slick, and it takes longer to brake!
Driving under the influence means being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or lack of sleep. It’s not safe for you, your passengers or other drivers on the road.
Check the car again before you return the car. Take record of your returned vehicle both exterior and interior for your reference.
