Position: General Cashier ( 2 )
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process rental transactions, including payments, security deposits, and refunds.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare daily cash reports and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role involving cash handling.
- Strong mathematical and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
Working Conditions:
- Duty Shifts: You will be required to work according to assigned duty shifts.
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week.
- Public Holidays: Our operations remain open on public holidays, and you will be required to work according to your duty shift on these days.
- Off Day Compensation: For any scheduled working days that fall on a public holiday, you will be entitled to claim back those days as additional off days.
What we offer:
