Position: Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, and availability tracking.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, drivers, and vendors to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation, insurance, and registration.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and track mileage, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics.
  • Assist in fleet procurement, disposal, and renewal processes.
  • Prepare reports on fleet performance, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support planning and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to fleet availability and operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
