Position: Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, and availability tracking.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, drivers, and vendors to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation, insurance, and registration.
- Monitor vehicle usage and track mileage, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics.
- Assist in fleet procurement, disposal, and renewal processes.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
- Support planning and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries related to fleet availability and operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
